5. Prohibited Activities

You are prohibited from:

• Using the Service for illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Creating or submitting misleading receipts for refunds, reimbursement fraud, tax evasion, insurance fraud, chargebacks, or other deceptive conduct.
• Modifying, hacking, or attempting to reverse engineer the software.
• Uploading any malicious code or violating the security of the software.
• Impersonating merchants, misrepresenting transactions, or falsely claiming a document was issued by a third party.

6. Intellectual Property

Receipt Generator, including its content, features, and functionality, is the exclusive property of Receipt Generator. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the software without prior written permission.

7. User Content and Brand Elements

You are solely responsible for the text, logos, names, images, trademarks, and other content you upload, enter, or generate through the Service. You represent that you have all required rights, permissions, and lawful authority to use that content.

We do not claim ownership of your lawful user content, but you grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, store, and display it in order to operate the Service. We may remove content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others.

8. Generated Content and Storage

Receipt Generator may store projects, templates, exports, and related configuration data to provide editing, account, recovery, support, product improvement, moderation, and example functionality. Storage practices may vary depending on whether you use free or paid features.
