The receipt shows the points earned on the current transaction and the cumulative points balance in your H&M Member account. Points can be redeemed for H&M vouchers once a sufficient balance is reached.
H&M receipts include a note stating the 30-day return policy for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached and proof of purchase. The receipt serves as proof of purchase, and H&M offers an exchange or store credit for items returned without the original payment method available.
